Our HSE management system was developed in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001.

4Service has target of zero harm to either people’s health or the environment. We always try to identify the most appropriate physical and human safety barriers based on risk assessments that involve our employees.

Health

4Service has target of zero work-related diseases. Our goal is to ensure that all our employees return home just as healthy as they were when they came to work.

We want to run a business that promotes good health. We want to ensure that employees have the right tools and conditions to do their jobs properly.

By working closely with our corporate health service and our customers, we hope to consistently promote good health by focusing on a safe, well-organised physical and psychosocial working environment. We believe prevention is better than the cure.

 Environment

We want to be a leader and a driving force behind reducing food waste and the use of chemicals and plastic.

We want to ensure that customers and employees have access to eco-friendly products and that our activities have the least possible impact on the environment. 4Service’s quality management system is designed to ensure continuous improvements to our processes in order to meet the requirements, needs and expectations of the authorities, customers, owners and employees in a cost-effective manner.

Safety

We always try to identify the most appropriate physical and human safety barriers based on risk assessments that involve our employees.

Through regular training, talks and themed campaigns, we strive to ensure that HSE forms a natural part of our employees’ attitudes and conduct, and that our employees have the best starting point for contributing to continuous improvements to achieve our goals.

Through our services, 4Service is responsible for ensuring that our customers can enjoy good, safe surroundings. When you clean for and serve food to many thousands of employees every day throughout Norway, you have a duty to maintain a strong focus on HSE and Quality. If all of our staff are focused on HSE and delivering good quality, we can provide the standard of service our customers expect.

4Service bases our work on NS-EN ISO 9001:2015, management for lasting progress in an organisation in order to analyse and improve efficiency.

The quality management system is primarily designed to function as a tool and aid that allows operational personnel to draw on expertise that has been accumulated over many years of experience in the business. The quality management system is designed to address:

The information is analysed and assessed at various levels of the organisation where the goal is to use the knowledge and experience the organisation possesses, primarily in the frontline which has the day-to-day contact with customers, users and suppliers.
